Well, basically I'd say what do you need me to do? I'm up for a lot. Over the years I have gained lots of experience doing things that may not be obvious to everyone but that do keep things moving. Literally. You may have felt your logistics could be done better but don't know where to start. I'm happy to come do that for you. And do it fast.
Usually I get something thrown at me and I solve it. Or I'm out doing a task and run into a situation where I think that there must be a better way of doing it.
I can manage a team or a stock or a responsibility. I can revise procedures or help excecute your (trade) compliance program. Or let me get stuck in solving the issues getting equipment into the EU or once they are in the EU and no one knows where the goods came from or why determine just that.
Put me in a warehouse at your 3PL to oversee shipping procedures and shipment quality on either arriving or ourbound shipments.
Get me involved coordinating all of the different flows of goods you have arriving for multiple departments or business units so we can cut costs or use a standardised processes for shipping and receiving.
Get me on board to tackle start up something new you know needs doing but haven't had time to work on yet. Having to come up with solutions for new situations is what I have been doing for years. It's my bread and butter...
